When Excel first came to Pump their website was heavily controlled by automation, which restricted the way homes were showcased. Because of the limitations of the automated system, Excel could not effectively market all they have to offer.
Excel has over 100 floor plans, each with dozens of options. At any given time there are more than 50 quick possession homes available and 25+ operating show homes. Everything at Excel moves quick, and all this inventory is changing daily.
Pump managed to find and create a perfect balance of elegant content management, smart automation and high calibre design to present Excel Homes in the best possible light. Custom built on an incredibly robust system, the site is both functional and flexible. Layouts can be adapted to each unique home, while still maintaining the latest information.
Built into the site, Pump created interactive touch screens for Excel's sales centres and show homes. The screens display additional information not available on the public website, like real time lot availability. They are tailored for an on-site experience that supports sales staff and enhances the customer experience.
Home Search: The innovative sidebar home search is built into the main menu. It is always available, but never in the way.
Mortgage Calculator: Robust calculators are on all home models. These simple to use calculators make it easy for customers to understand affordability and showcase special rates from their partnered bank.
Interactive Plan Options: Customers can play with floor plans to visually explore available plan options. Once complete, customers can email themselves a custom PDF brochure.
Rich Interactive Maps: Custom Google maps help visitors explore amenities within driving distance. Interactive Illustrated community maps allow for walking distance exploration. Lot maps showcase current availability and possible model to lot combinations.
Interactive Touchscreen Kiosks
Each Excel sales centres has several interactive touch screens to help staff showcase the local amenities, available lots, and homes in detail. A user-friendly design ensures that customers can easily explore the community area and all that Excel has to offer.
